Why partner with Nestlift

A better way to grow

Receive relevant homeowner opportunities with the location and project context needed to decide whether your company can help.

Exclusive, qualified opportunities

Each active request goes to one partner at a time. A qualified opportunity is a legitimate homeowner request in your service category and coverage area, with valid contact information, genuine project intent, and consent to be contacted.

Geographic matching

You tell us the ZIP codes, counties, or metros you serve, and we route each request to one partner that actually covers that ground.

Clear project information

Project type, timeline, ownership, location, and relevant project details arrive with the request to support a useful first conversation.

Your process stays yours

You control your quote, sales process, scheduling, and customer relationship. Nestlift does not perform or price the work.

Sequential matching

If the first partner cannot serve the project or the homeowner asks for another professional, Nestlift may close that match and rematch sequentially.

Simple billing

Pay only for qualified opportunities. No monthly subscription. Founding Partners save 25% on their first 5 qualified opportunities, then standard pricing applies.

Founding Partner access

A straightforward way to get started

Limited spots by service category and coverage area. Founding Partners lock in 25% savings on their first 5 qualified homeowner opportunities, with no monthly subscription.

  • One active opportunity at a time — your matched request is not simultaneously sold or distributed to other contractors.
  • If the initial match cannot proceed, or if the homeowner requests another professional, Nestlift may close that match and rematch the homeowner with a different contractor.
  • A qualified opportunity is a legitimate homeowner request relevant to your services and approved coverage area, with valid contact information, genuine project intent, and consent to be contacted.
  • No monthly subscription for the initial Pay Per Qualified Opportunity plan — you pay only for qualified opportunities you receive.

Pricing

  • Exact pricing is shared privately with approved partners during onboarding.
  • Founding Partners receive 25% off their first 5 qualified opportunities.
  • No monthly subscription for the initial Pay Per Qualified Opportunity plan — you pay only for qualified opportunities you receive.

Pricing is per qualified opportunity; we do not guarantee jobs, appointments, close rates, or revenue.

Partner response standard

  • Acknowledge a new exclusive opportunity within 1 hour during normal business hours.
  • Make the first homeowner contact attempt within 2 hours.
  • If the homeowner does not respond, make at least 3 reasonable contact attempts over the next 48 hours.
  • For leads received after 6:00 PM local time, contact the homeowner by 10:00 AM the next business day.
  • Decline promptly if you cannot take the project, so Nestlift can rematch the homeowner.

If a match is not acknowledged within 2 hours during business hours, Nestlift may close that match and rematch the homeowner with another contractor. A contractor does not receive an automatic credit simply because a homeowner does not answer, schedule, or hire them.
