Terms of Use
Effective date: August 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Nestlift.com and the project request and application services offered through it. By using the site, you agree to them.
What Nestlift is
Nestlift is a marketplace that connects homeowners with independent local companies that perform home-improvement work, currently focused on roofing, home remodeling, and home mobility.
Nestlift is not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, inspect, or warranty any home-improvement work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a professional.
Using the site
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes related to a genuine home project or business partnership inquiry.
You may not scrape the site, submit false or automated requests, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
Project requests
Submitting a project request is free and creates no obligation for you to hire anyone, and no obligation for any company to contact you or perform work.
We aim to match each active request with one appropriate local professional at a time. We do not knowingly distribute the same active homeowner opportunity to multiple professionals simultaneously.
We do not guarantee coverage in every area, a specific response time, or any particular outcome.
Exclusive matching and rematching
Nestlift provides qualified homeowner opportunities to one participating contractor at a time and does not knowingly distribute the same active homeowner opportunity to multiple contractors simultaneously.
Because each opportunity is exclusive, matched contractors are expected to meet the following response standard during normal business hours: acknowledge a new opportunity within 1 hour; make the first homeowner contact attempt within 2 hours; and, if the homeowner does not respond, make at least 3 reasonable contact attempts over the next 48 hours. Leads received after 6:00 PM local time should be contacted by 10:00 AM the next business day.
If a contractor knows they cannot take a project, they should decline promptly so Nestlift can rematch it. If there is no acknowledgement within 2 hours during business hours, Nestlift may close that match and rematch the homeowner to another contractor.
A legitimate matched opportunity is not invalid merely because the homeowner does not schedule, accept an estimate, or hire the contractor. A contractor does not receive an automatic credit simply because a homeowner does not answer, schedule, or hire them after a legitimate qualified opportunity was delivered.
If an opportunity qualifies for a credit under Nestlift's policies, Nestlift may close that match and, when appropriate and the homeowner still wants help, rematch the project to another contractor.
Nestlift does not knowingly allow two contractors to actively work the same homeowner opportunity at the same time.
No pricing or professional advice
Content on this site is general information, not construction, medical, accessibility, legal, insurance, or financial advice.
Any pricing, scope, warranty, or schedule comes from the independent company you choose to work with. You are responsible for reviewing contracts and confirming licensing and insurance before work begins.
Contractor applications
Submitting an application does not create a partnership. Acceptance is at our discretion and may depend on service area coverage, capacity, and credential requirements.
Companies that partner with Nestlift are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, workmanship, and compliance with applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Nestlift name, logo, site design, and content are owned by Nestlift and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Nestlift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, workmanship, or conduct of any independent company.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
