When a company applies to partner with us, we collect business contact information, services offered, service areas, years in business, license information where applicable, insurance status, and stated project capacity.

We also collect limited technical information such as browser type and pages visited, which helps us keep the site working correctly.

We use your project details to match your request with one appropriate local professional at a time, and to follow up with you about the request.

We use business information from contractor applications to evaluate fit, coverage, and readiness to receive project requests.

We may use aggregated, de-identified information to understand demand and improve the service.

Project request details, including your contact information, are shared with the professional currently matched to your project, one active match at a time.

If the initial professional cannot assist, or if you request a different professional, Nestlift may share the same project request with another professional as part of a new match.

We use service providers for hosting, communications, and customer relationship management, who process information on our behalf.

We do not sell your information as a general-purpose marketing list. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that Nestlift and matched professionals may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase and message rates may apply.

You can ask to stop receiving communications at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Because project details are shared with the matched independent provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly regarding information they hold.

We keep project requests and applications for as long as needed to operate the marketplace and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Nestlift is intended for adults making decisions about property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our services change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
