Nestlift is a home-improvement marketplace that helps homeowners describe major home projects and request help finding a local professional. Nestlift is not a contractor and does not perform home-improvement work. Independent professionals provide quotes and perform any work a homeowner chooses to authorize.

When you submit a homeowner request, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the project, this may include the project category and details, timeline, property ownership, ZIP code, optional street address, name, phone number, email address, preferred contact time, and optional notes. For certain roofing, remodeling, or accessibility and mobility requests, we also collect the specific answers shown in the form.

When a home-improvement company submits a partner application, we collect the company and contact name, email address, phone number, optional website, services offered, service areas, years in business, optional license number, insurance status, monthly project capacity, and optional notes.

The current Nestlift website forms do not accept document or image uploads. If Nestlift later offers an upload feature, this policy may be updated before or when that feature becomes available.

When you visit the website, Nestlift's hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary request and device information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security information.

The site loads its Manrope typeface from Google Fonts. As a result, your browser may connect to Google when loading a page, and Google may receive technical request information under its own privacy practices.

The current public site code does not implement user accounts, advertising pixels, a separate analytics SDK, or a site-managed analytics cookie. Browser or hosting technologies may still use cookies or similar technologies when needed to provide, secure, or operate their services. Nestlift may add operational or analytics tools in the future and will update its disclosures when appropriate.

We use information to operate the marketplace; receive, review, and respond to homeowner requests and professional applications; check whether an appropriate professional serves a homeowner's area; facilitate one-professional-at-a-time connections; communicate about a request or application; provide customer support; maintain security and troubleshoot errors; understand and improve our services; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

If you submit a homeowner request and provide consent, Nestlift and a professional matched to that request may contact you by phone, text, or email about it, including through automated technology as described in the request form. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply.

Homeowner and professional application submissions are sent through server-side integrations to Nestlift's customer relationship management provider so Nestlift can process and follow up on them. Nestlift may also share information with hosting, communications, security, and other service providers that process information to support our operations.

When a homeowner asks to be connected or submits a project request, Nestlift may share the request details and contact information with one appropriate independent professional at a time. If that professional cannot assist, or the homeowner asks for another professional, Nestlift may close that match and share the request with a different professional as part of a sequential rematch. We do not intend for two professionals to work the same opportunity simultaneously.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect the rights, safety, and security of Nestlift, our users, or others; investigate misuse or fraud; or support a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the marketplace, responding to requests, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting the service, and meeting legal obligations. Retention may vary depending on the type of information, the relationship involved, and applicable law. Our service providers may retain information under their own applicable terms and retention practices.

You may contact Nestlift to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information Nestlift holds about you. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained when permitted or required by law. Your rights and available appeals may vary by jurisdiction.

You may ask Nestlift to stop contacting you. For text messages, you may also reply STOP. A matched independent professional controls information it receives and may need to be contacted directly about its records or communications.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Nestlift is intended for adults making decisions about property they own, manage, or are authorized to address. The service is not directed to children under 13, and Nestlift does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to Nestlift, please contact us.

The website may link to or rely on services operated by third parties, including independent professionals and technology providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Nestlift is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties that act independently from Nestlift.

The current V1 Nestlift Home Project Planner is a skills-only planning plugin. It is not connected to Nestlift's contractor marketplace or backend.

User prompts, uploaded estimates, and other content used with the plugin are processed by the hosting AI platform under that platform's terms and privacy practices. Nestlift does not independently receive ChatGPT or Codex conversation content through the V1 plugin unless the user separately provides information to Nestlift through Nestlift's website or services. Users should review the hosting AI platform's terms and privacy disclosures for information about its collection, use, and retention practices.

V1 does not perform live contractor matching, account authentication, or direct data transfer to Nestlift.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice.
